PURE WATER WINDOW CLEANING
Here at Brazier Exterior Cleaning Services we use the latest pure water technology to clean your windows. This method is used by many professional window cleaners. When carried out correctly, we find the cleaning results are excellent, also being able to thoroughly wash the window frames as well as the glass.
In addition, we will be able to clean windows that we may not have been able to access previously, such as skylights or windows over conservatories.

SOFT WASHING
Our Soft Washing service is a cleaning method that uses a low-pressure washing technique, along with a mixture of algaecides, bleach, surfactants and water, to safely remove algae and mildew from exterior surfaces. This treatment is a perfect solution for many surfaces, such as fences, brickwork, render and paving.
SOLAR PANEL CLEANING
Airborne dust particles, plant sap, lichen and bird droppings are just a few of the things that can contribute to a build up of dirt on your solar panels. This accumulation of dirt creates shading and will prevent sunlight from reaching your solar panels cells. Brazier Exterior Cleaning Services use specialist brushes designed for cleaning solar panels connected to our water fed pole system. We often have no need for the use of chemicals or detergents offering a safe and efficient service with excellent results.
PRESSURE WASHING

The majority of driveways are susceptible to weed and/or moss growth over time. We can restore your drives appearance, complete with re-sanding service* where necessary. The most effective method to clean the majority of driveways, is with our 20" Whirl-A-Way rotary washer which is designed to direct water flow to the surface being cleaned, keeping over-spray and mess to a minimum.
*Re-sanding a block driveway is not only important for that 'new drive' look, but if not re-sanded after pressure washing, you risk the blocks moving around causing damage to the driveway and unevenness as vehicles drive on and off.
Patios and decking can become severely soiled if not well maintained, being not only unsightly, but dangerously slippery when wet due to the build up of moss and algae.

GUTTER CLEARING
Brazier Exterior Cleaning Services has the latest industrial standard 'Gutter Vac' with an inspection camara reaching upto 40ft, thus eliminating the need for ladders, scaffolding or towers. Not only is this a safer method, but less intrusive and in most cases, less expensive. It also enables us to easily reach tricky sections of gutters above conservatories or narrow alleyways.

OUR ETHOS
We are very passionate about our work and aspire to provide a service of the highest standard. We feel it is important to be kind to our planet and aim to use as few chemicals as possible. However, sometimes chemicals are necessary, in which case we always opt for environmentally friendly, Government approved, products first.

Whenever possible we use the waste collected from certain jobs to make compost for our family allotment, this could be moss removed from a roof or debris from gutters.
